Yes this work of slowing down, breathing and questioning is so critical to overcome that self-sabotage. I still sabotage myself in many ways but I am slowly identifying the moments with the help of my husband who notices these physical changes immediately, and he helps me question the thinking. Itβs hard work worth doing!
