I definitely relate to barrier 4, this makes me think of a Matthew Mconaughey quote where he says he struggled to “master the art of running down hill,” and explained that whenever things were going easy in his life, he didn’t know how to flow with it and would unknowingly slow his own momentum.

Yes! It lives subconsciously in all of us and shining a light on it is so powerful.

I myself struggle with #1 and I realized it had started way back when I was a young child.

Yes 🙌 similar!

And people learning a skill can often become stuck in the Zone of Competence or if they become really good at it.. the Zone of Excellence. It’s about how they are feeling in that area and while doing those activities. Are they lit up 🔥 by the learning experience and time disappears? They may have have found their Zone of Genius 🙌
